I am not looking forward to that. Math and history, from 12 -2 and 5-7pm. My aunt is leaving tomorrow and I've not been able to study. Now I'm strapping myself down but I doubt if I'll get any studying done. I'll probably study after she leaves tomorrow.
I'm panicking, no I'm not! I'm really bad at math - this is the easiest math class there is! I'm stupid!
Calm down, sheesh - no wonder you have two white hair! I do NOT!

Two finals in one day! Arg! I had to write two 30 page term papers in one semester. I spent the semester researching the advance of crypology and codes and cyphers related to the development of diplomacy in Rennasance Italy, and the relation of marginali (funny drawings in the margins of medieval texts) to the grotesque carvings in late French medieval cathedrals. I then spent 3 days writing the papers, typing about 10 hours a day. Then I had a final in the History of the English Language, Generative Grammar, and Asian Art. I basically was ground out of rational existance. Steady on through, is what I can say. Keep going! :-) CM
ReplyDeleteFine you win! Happy?
DeleteI didn't win -- I just always took way too much on. I did a double major and I ended up having to settle with a major and a minor. It was my fault. I do understand how stressful it can be. I also think in many ways higher education is harder now, more stressful, especially in getting classes that are needed. So 'namaste' -- I admire someone who is dedicated to getting their education.
ReplyDeleteSo do I. Education is something that gives me a drive and leaves me wanting more.
ReplyDeleteI'm proud of you! I love that you worked so hard for your education.
Thanks for the kind words. Education is power, and we need empowered people like you and I in this world. I will keep learning new things every day my whole life.
